I have known Jeremy in my capacity as a real estate salesperson selling in the North Shore market of Auckland between 2000 and 2012 .  Jeremy was a developer with a hand-on approach to building new homes, both as a project manager and someone was not afraid to get on the tools.

 

He was entrepreneurial and enthusiastic and completed many subdivisions and larger family homes.  Many of which were either sold off the plans or upon completion.  I found Jeremy to be skilled and knowledgable of the building code and council ordinances, together with being a very good problem solver.

I have a lot of respect for Jeremy and have remained in contact for some 24 years now.  I would recommend Jeremy to those clients wanting to engage with a well practiced individual with great communication skills and enthusiasm .
